HOW IT WORKS

ASK & RECEIVE

You will first need to share as much detail as possible about your event.  Once your inquiry is received, we will respond via email with availability and a custom quote. 

 

Though we aim to respond as quickly as possible, we are a small team, and book events daily. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response.  End of the week/weekends are our busiest.  Quotes requested Thursday-Saturday may receive a response the following Monday.

A NOTE

RESERVE

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date and time on our calendar.  We're a popular bunch and book events daily.  Availability varies and we accept all events on a first come first serve bases.  We're often booked up to 1 year in advance however, we may also have space and time available to accommodate last minute requests.  Due to the nature of our service, we typically need at least one week (7-days) to properly prepare.

BAR PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

What everyone refers to as "the fun part!"  Once reserved, we may begin planning your bar.  

 

This time will vary based on your event date and service needs.  Whether you know exactly what you and what your guests want, or you have zero idea and need some hand holding, we'll work with you to create a custom bar menu fit for your occasion.  We have a full list of very exciting and tasty cocktail options for you to choose from. Upon booking, you will gain access to our seasonal craft cocktail menu, choosing any three you would like to complement your occasion. Keep in mind, we will also serve any beer, and wine you make available, plus simple cocktails like vodka/soda.

You provide the booze, and we’ll provide everything else.  A detailed shopping checklist will be provided including, quantities, popular/suggested styles/varietals, and more.  If you prefer for us to manage your alcohol shopping, see ADD-ONS for more details. If your event takes place in the following season, (for example, you reserve your holiday party in spring) our menu options will be shared as soon as it becomes available. Also included are checklists, and other details to share with us so that we may properly prepare for your event.

A NOTE

Planning and developing your bar menu is a big part of what we do.  Though it will vary based on the details of your event, planning and development take time. Alcohol suggestions, quantities and other event bar planning details will not be provided prior to booking.

LET'S GET READY TO PARTY

Responsibly of course!  We will arrive at your venue 1-5+ hours prior to service to set-up your bar area.  Arrival and set-up hours will depend on your event details.  The more guests you have, the longer it will take to set-up.  The more options you have, the longer it may take to set-up.  We will communicate estimated arrival and more during the planning process.

CLOSING TIME

Upon the completion of service, we will ensure a complete and proper clean up.  

Complete and proper to us is a spotless and organized clean.
